Caller is using a cell phone sounds like he is outside. Says he is with IRS. first call he left a msg said Name was John Baylor. says he is with Debt collections dept.
2nd time he called after I had done research I answered never Identified myself he said he was Officer John but mumbled last name. I told him I had turned in his name and phone number to IRS. FTC and local police and he was yelling as I hung up. IRS posted about scammers doing this it is not how they will contact you. report any calls these ppl need to be stopped
