This may be an unbalanced Minor child or a special needs, we even had our county sherrifs department call her back after she threatened to come and "slit our throats from ear to ear" and use our blood to paint symbols on our property. She has called now on several occasions. We are located in Oregon. She claims to have murdered several dog breeders already and has people in oregon that are comming for us. She says she has sent us a package/envelope with powder of some sort in it ( anthrax). She seriously needs her telephone taken away. If anyone knows who this girl is, please get her some help before she seriously hurts herself or others.
