Caller left multiple cryptic messages referencing a "Case Number" with some sort of impending mysterious "Action" about to be taken against me, and advising that I needed to call and speak to her so that she could better "help" to represent me in the "case"!
When I called back and tried to get any sort of information out of her she stonewalled and would only tell me that she worked for "ARC" and that there company does "many things".
