I got a message left on my cell stating I needed to call this number or have my attorney call. I called the number and a man speaking in an indain voice said his name was Kevin Peterson and that I owed a payday loan from Cash Advance that the balance was $845.35 for a 200-300 dollar loan and if I did not pay half of it today it would be turned over to the courts and the police would come to my job and arrest me. I got scared at first because I had had payday loans before. I flew to the bank and nowhere in my statements was Cash Advance. I called the number back and asked "what law firm was this" the indian voice said " Anderson Law Ass.", he refused to give me an address and hung up. I called the police after I found this website with all the comments. Thank you for the info. If you get calls like this please comment, it helps people.

Caller ststed he was with Cyber Crime Dept Kings County Law in Brooklyn New York. He said I was being sued. I asked him to fax me a copy of the affadavid because he said he had my work information and then wanted to talk to my sueprvisor and I told him to call him if he ahd the number
