me again, when i called back it was a machine, no rings at all, imediately saying the number you dialed is temporary unavailable... It is shurely a scam!

There was a moment after I answered before the man spoke as if it was a machine calling and they wait untill someone answer to get to talking to them. He said he was from La Capitale and it is our insurer but it sounded strange. He asked I lived at my address and after I said yes, I said get to the point I'm busy. Then he said he would call back and hung up. 17h32 on a friday, weird...

this number had just called. Same thing happened as you John. But they had used Industriel Alliance as company. They asked me if I was having an assurance with my Financial bank mortgage they could offer me a discount of over 2000 $ and I hung up.
