First of all, I am on the national DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. I didn’t make it to the phone in time to answer the call, and so I called the number back and discovered that the business name is Las Vegas Roulette, originating in Jefferson, New York. I was put on hold and I waited over an hour so that I can tell this company to take me off their list, or I will threaten them with a lawsuit. I’m on the National Do Not Call Registry, and have already filed a complaint at that site. I found another website where there are other complaints about this number. I want this flagrant abuse to be punished. Or do we consumers complain and complain at these websites, and then nothing is ever done. What’s the point of the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY if no one does anything with the complaints that are received from harassed citizens who shouldn’t have to put up with this.
