On 12/17/14, I received a call, left on my voice mail, from a man with an heavy Indian accent and broken English, Jeff Coleman?? Stated he was with "Legal Affairs", and was calling about a judgment against me, and I was to have my attorney call back by the end of the day, as this was my second warning, to avoid criminal filings against me. ????, He ended the message with the phone number 760-595-8292, stated he was an agent with the US Treasury (not IRS or Treasury Dept), and said again that his call MUST be returned today. So I called the number, and it went to a full voice mail box for ".... Nelson/Newman", same voice as the man who left the message.
*****SCAM***** Though I have to admit, I am tempted to contact him just to jerk him around.

I just received the same call. He called himself Mark Johnson, but his accent wasn't like any Marks I've ever met. I asked him where he was calling from, & he said California. I told him the Treasury is in Washington DC. He said yes, but the Dept of Legal Affairs as part of the Treasury was located in California. Um, no. click
