received a voicemail this morning from....guess who??? Mr. Charles Clay from legal carrying services!!! He stated in the voicemail that I would be summons by hand within 24 hours either at my home (which I needed to present 2 forms of ID) or at work (which I would need to have a supervisor present or head of security present to also sign papers as a witness). He also gave me a number to call 8449527362. I contacted the number, a guy named William Palmer stated that I owed a couple of thousand from Providian bank. In order to not have legal action as far as wage garnishment I could pay 500.00 by the end of the week but only had 15 mins to call back with a decision. If I didnt decided to pay the 500.00 then by the time we go to court the cost would rise to over 2500.00. Whom ever this is, has personal information such as SSN# and current and previous addresses. I keep a very close eye on my credit report and NOTHING has been reported!! So, I decided to do some reseach and I search the number given and noticed several people have had this problem. I believe it is a scam!!! DO NOT send money to ANYONE unless you have proof that you owe!!!

Received similar call to my google number. They asked me to call back 844-238-6464. Figuring this is a scam I have not returned their calls.
