The day before Valentines Day a fellow associate at work texted me and said that a lady by the name of Carmen Medina at 844-803-0396 called our work asking for me and when she told them I had already gone home, she gave her a case number and said that they were wanting to serve me with summons papers. She said to tell me that they would serve me the next day, (Valentines Day) at my home. Then about an hour later my little brother called me who lives in another town and said he got the same phone call on his cell phone, but he did not answer. They left the same phone number and case number. Nothing ever came of it, but then today, 3 days later, my boss calls me into the office at work and says the same thing, but that they are going to serve me papers tomorrow at work. I told them to bring it on, to let me know when they arrive because it's a scam. People beware of these 844 area code numbers. Do your homework and look it all up online. Don't let them get to you! Besides being a scam, it's illegal to do what they are doing at my job and the police there are being informed.

For four years these idiots have been calling my cell phone# in search of a Justin or Dustin Nemers. All kinds of recorded warnings & threats about legal action being taken against him/me owner of this number. Each time I politely explain that this is NOT F'n Nemers & they continue to call! When I redialed the number today. Brian Black tried to tell me that the number I had just dialed was NOT responsible for making all these calls. 2-3 a week for 4 years >>> Someone is Damn well responsible! Google the fuck'n number! It don't belong to Nemers & I do NOT even have a law degree! IDIOTS!

Left message that I had a felony attached to my driver's license. When I returned call they stated I wrote a bad check for 1700.00 dollars on my chase acct & I either pay that or get put in jail with multiple felony accounts. States they were from ace checking whom I never did business with. When I told them I never wrote a check for 1700.00 they responded it could be that amount or some other amount & I need to pay or go to jail. They wouldn't give me a date when check was written or to whom it was written to. The conversation was ended by them hanging up

I got a call yesterday saying it was from a legal firm they had all my details wich anyone can get easily they give different names like michelle brown, kenneth webster, mark they all are scammers they said i took a loan online and if i dont pay police wil arrest me they asked me to go to a walmart store or croger or cvs and buy a money pack card and scratch the silver panel behind the card and give the number and once you pay then later they will call and say you didnt meet the time frame now u have to pay more and the amount you paid court rejected it and will send you a cashiers cheque but i did lot of research and got to know its a company based in India mumbai and they give calls from different number as well and they use skype or magic jack number but when my attorney called they didnt answer and later when they answered they started abusing please people tell all your friends family n all the stores you visit its a big big scam

caller was a strong accent and said i owed easycash.net 565.00 witch i never recieved a payment from this site but they said i own them and im being sued and there pressing charges on me for theft and money laundering. they knew all my info. scared the hell out of me. want me to get a prepaid credit card to pay them and fax them a letter saying i own them 565.00 with a copy of my I.D. or they will be forced to take me to court where i will be arrested!
