Legal Fraud and abuse

These people stated that I applied for a payday loan with them which I didnt I have applied on line for one before but that was paid in full I verified that with that company that I was paid in full but my computer was taken over by a lot of spy ware alomost caught a virus I shut it down but I think my computer was hacked please help me if you can they said they was coming to arrest me at my job because I committed fraud never heard of these people went to police they told to wait if they contact me again then they can do something.

This company has been making harrsing phone calls to a company that I no longer work for. they are claiming to be legal fraud and abuse and scaring people at my previous Place of employment. How do I make this stop?
