received a call on my work phone stating they had received a file on me and i owed money and had to settle today or else they were taking it to the court. He spoke very broken english and was hard to understand. I know for a fact that money is not collected in this manner.... These people are scammers.....

Could not understand his english so did not get the whole name. Said that I owed a Paydale loan from Quick Cash. That if I did not pay right away by credit card or ACH from my checking account that I would be dragged into court this afternoon and would be paying payment and fines of $5000.00. I asked what court he said California. I again asked what court and he repeated and asked if I was going to give him my account and routing number. I said no that I never received any court or law suit papers so have a nice day and hung up. Called again but I rejected the call. I know this was phoney as I never heard of Quick Cash or delt with anyone from California.

the man name john from legal office wanted my s.s. #. then he harassed me by saying that he going to wait for me at my house. well i file a police report on this matter....
