The caller started with a greeting, "Hi my name's Lily, how are you doing today".

When asked to be placed on a DNC list, she replied that she would put me on such a list. Then kept the line on. After a 20 second delay, prompted, "Are you there?" After 5 seconds, she hung up.

VERY sophisticated scripting. I'm impressed with the programmer.
