they keep calling me and my family stating that they are with the legal dept and that i need to confirm my social with them I refused and told them to stop calling me. they wont tell me what its about or who hired them. I have reported them to the police

The same thing happened to me. They contacted my sister and my husbands ex wife. The thing that bothers me is they have my social but they wouldn't tell me anything else unless I confirmed my social with them. I refused and told them I filed a report with the FTC and FBI and they hung up on me. These people need to be stopped.
