310-984-7640 called me at 5:53 PM and hung up when I answered. Fortunately I now have VOIP (Voice Over IP) with Callcentric. I can now send them a SIT (Special Information Tone) indicating the number has been disconnected, as well as an error voice message stating that the number dialed has been disconnected. I had my home number ported to Callcentric. I now pay $1.95 per month plus 1.5 cents per minute for incoming calls. They have a few different plans.
