Number calls everyday. Sometimes 4-5 times! No one there (except hang-up), when I answer. Same thing on call back. There has to be a way to stop this unwanted harrassment!

Don't confuse the company that does these calls with the company that pays them to do it. I know these idiots. I posted this 2 years ago. The CEO went ballistic, and tried to argue that they weren't responsible. I told him to go to hell, filed a complaint with the Michigan PUC, and called him every time a call came in. It took 10 days for him to stop. He hasn't done this for two years. Now he's back. So, let's do it again, only this time in numbers! Here's my posting from back then:
They're a CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier) in Michigan that has decided to turn a profit on the side by using it's databases for direct marketing. Total scum. Basically they're the phone company and have decided to use their privleged status to place some telemarketing calls and cover the violation. Nice tidy profit. Screw you. Here's how to stop it. 616 361-0128 is their REAL business number. The guys in charge are named Jon K Hale (VP finance) and R Steven Hale (CEO), and their contact info is : Lucre, Inc. 4011 Plainfield Ave NE Grand Rapids MI 49525 exec fax: 616-361-9735. Next, I'm going to find out who uses them as a CLEC, then send them this page and let them think about who they've chosen to carry their call databases. Their website says, "Lucre as in lucrative". How about as in FILTHY F*CKING LUCRE!?! EVERY TIME you get a call from them, call one of the brothers and GIVE 'EM HALE!
