I received a very harassing telephone call stating that this was a time sensitive matter and either me or my attorney should call this number back to resolve the "issue" or all he can do is wish me good luck with the situations that were about to unfold. I called back twice. The first time a lady answered and I asked for the person who left the message. They asked my name and hung up. The second time the man who left me the voice mail answered asked what number I got the message at and hung up.

Caller was very rude and began to make threats towards me in regards of a business matter. After informing him that the person he seeked was no longer living here and I did not want to recieve phone calls from him or his company he related that that was irrelevent which can violate my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
