I have received multiple phone calls from this number, as well as 424-245-6941, with a message telling me that I am facing criminal charges. I have called the number back on my home phone, not my cell phone. I have a badge number for one (1172) and two names, Martin and Derek (not sure of the spelling). I have spoken with Derek and another person calling this number back and asked them politely, the first time, to quit calling me. I did get quite rude this last time, and explained that I would be reporting them. Where do I report this? I am tired of these calls!

Called my mothers cell phone concerning a debt that been paid. Harassed her, when the loan was under my name, and had threatened her by saying that his agency was going to sue her and take everything she owned, including the house that we currently live in.

Martin called my brother saying this was a serious matter and that he was an investigator and needed my number. My brother did not give it to him. He called me right away. I then called from my work and he stated i was gonna be taken to court next week if i didnt settle the debt of 747 dollars for Ace Cash Express.I told him i didnt believe him and he said if you hang up i will consider you guilty and proceed. He asked for my debit info and i said I didnt trust him so he told me to money gram it and gave me their info to send the money. He said if i dont hear back from you by 5pm today he was gonna proceed with legal action. It made no sense he didnt have an address for me or a phone number but yet i have a bad debt with a loan company.

Totally flipping scam. Told me if I didn't pay them then a police officer would be coming to my door in a he. I laughed and told them go ahead. I will be notifying the police and his whole tone changed and told me to F off. Lol good try the bud. 360 200 6838
