I requested a callback number. He provided 209-676-4449. And insisted that I'd connect to Ext. 125 upon calling. He states that his name is "Martin French", as there are several Martin French at Microsoft. Yes, there is a Martin French at Microsoft but, this individual would not be performing these types of calls.
