I Received 8 phonecalls in one evening when i would not answer the call. when i did answer they asked me for information such as my account number and social security number. Seems wrong. get calls like this sometimes for weeks on end every day.

MBNA is a very rude collection agency. The collectors are nasty and arrogant. They harass me every time they call. I told them we can work on some arrangement to settle my debt but they refuse to make amends. They make it sound like I'm in a very big trouble for not paying a $700 debt.
