calls me every other day saying I failed our agreement arrangement that I owe a payday loan from 1998. They wouldn't stop calling. This is a scam. when I block one number they will call from a new phone number.

An "investigator" calls regarding a "file number" and states that it is regarding a "returned item from your bank (fraudulent check)" and wants more personal information but they do not state the name of the person they are calling about.
