Said they were calling to get information for my medical insurance card because it didn't have my personal doctor's name on it..it sure as heck DOES! I was immediately suspicious when they said they were sending me my card in JULY, when I know darn well they send them at the end of the year unless YOU request a change of some sort. Then they asked me for the year of my birth..if they KNEW who I was, then they would already have that info. As soon as I questioned why they were sending cards in mid yeyar she told me again, because mine didn't have a doctor's name..and when I told them, YES it DID, then they stammered and got ended the call.
