I don't owe these people anything, they want to talk to my ex-wife but kept bothering me instead. This is totally unacceptable and I'll be filing a complaint if they don't stop calling.

this is a scam company I had a attorney check it out. if they call and threaten to take you to court or say they going to garnish your pay or anything like that you can sue them. and get up to $1000 plus attorney fees. you can also turn them into the federal trade commission.
