This man has called as well. He does indeed work with numerous of my colleagues and represents himself accurately, and professionally. Not a scam.

This man has called me and several of my co workers claiming to be from Merrill Lynch and stating that "he has worked with several of my colleagues" regarding investments. I'm certain he knows the main number to our company and just keeps calling different extensions. This has gone on for several months.
