THEY KEEP CALLING TO TELL ME MY COMPUTER HAS VIRUSES AND I KNOW THAT NOT TO BE THE CASE. THEY SAY THEY ARE NOT A SCAM BUT THEY WANT ME TO GO TO A CERTAIN WEBSITE THAT I'M SURE IS FAKE TO SHOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. AND THEN THEY WOULD SAY THEY CAN FIX THE PROBLEMS, BUT I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THAT FAR WITH THEM.

FED Up In CANADA - 05-04-2015

8038345349, Dave, with "Microsoft Technical Support" called to verify our home, our phone and location, when We refused, he began to shout "Shut Up" and followed with vulgar language and tantrums, as We told him as trained IT with A+ certification, what was the purpose of his call? He claimed our system was "relaying" spyware and malware, and we are to pay him immediately to remove....When we asked his phone information for office with Microsoft, and that we are recording the call, it escalated to threats.....PLease, Please, DO NOT answer with your name, location, confirm your phone number as this number is a scam, is fake, and from a forein country, the only backlash is that they will change their number and keep attacking us......We immediately contacted our phone provider, commercial crimes unit, and spreading the message on Facebook....PLEASE, PLEASE, DESTROY THIS NUMBER, by contacting your local authorities with this scam.....

A male with an Indian accent calls 3 - 4 times/day from "Microsoft" technical support about our windows PC (we don't have one). We just hang up, but the calls continue. Told the caller today to stop calling, and he called back again about 5 minutes later! This is harassment.

an indian called from 1-999-910-0122 (this is the fifth time) claiming to be with microsoft and that they supposedly had detected I have a computer virus and wanted to show my error log to prove I was getting errors in my OS because of some imaginary virus, and would I please give them remote access to my pc to allow them to install software (which I would be charged for) to "remove" the virus.
