Very rude and threatening. All he wanted to know was if I could send him money for a debt that's was written off. Told him to contact my attorney and he hung up as soon as he got the number. Sounds like a scam artist trying to get people to pay 100% of debts that have already been charged off.

Threatened me, want to take me to court. Telling me I am refusing to pay, which is not true. Lied to me about letters being sent to my address, never received any. Now unemployed and losing my house and he does not care. He is not willing to help me in any other way, after I asked him. Very rude and nasty person.

Asked for my ex brother in law. Said he left this number. Said it was urgent that he speak with him. 2 seconds after I hung up same guy called my house phone!
