A message was left for my deceased Mother. The caller had a heavy Asian accent, and some parts of the message were unintelligible. He claimed to be "Mike Cooper" of the Internal Revenue Service, and he had some "time sensitive" issue with a tax return.
I highly doubt that the IRS would have somebody with an unintelligible accent make a call like this.

Claims they are with IRS and me or my lawyer must return the call immediately. They have called at lease 10 times today. Never a live human in the line.
