They did attempt to scam us in February and we did get stupid and gave them payment information. But we were able to contact our banks and the Sheriff's Dept.
The jerk called my husband back again in April 2015, complaining that the payments were rejected by our bank. I called him back at 585-598-1434 and left a message stating they need to mail us the proof of the supposed debt from the actual main company it started at, or they would not see a dime. If he has a complain about it, send the police, file a lawsuit, I really do not care. I also made it clear I feel they are a fraud.
We will see how this plays out...but bring it on...I will be my honor to slam these guys in jail for fraud. They are messing with the wrong woman.
If they cannot provide proof of the debt, tell them to go to hell. All collection agencies must provide valid proof of any debt they are attempting to collect.
