I answered once again, there was silence. I picked up the phone but did not say anything and I waited quietly. Finally a young man came to the phone and said my name (incorrectly) and I said, "Yes." He said "This is (missed the name) from Publishers." I said, "What Publishers?" He said, "North Atlantic Magazines." I said, "I really do not need any magazines, I sleep a lot and the many, many phone calls from this number that come through with no one on the other end of the line, interrupt my sleep. Please take my phone off of your list. This is a 'Do Not Call' number so please take it off of the list." He said, "I will do that." I said, "Thank you."

Caller said same as above; IRS Tax Fraud case against me and to call 209 736-5422 as soon as possible.(Which is impossible)
Most likely it is a phone number that will charge $25.00 a minute to my phone or some similar scam.
