This Mr. Douglas called on my cell phone. He was looking for someone with my same name, but a different last four of SSN and a different DOB. When I asked him how he got my number, he started being rude. Then when I asked who he was with, he wouldn't tell me and got mad at me because I would not tell him my cell number that he had orginally called (I called back from a land line at work). He said there was a civil suit against someone with my name and they were trying to let her know. He never would tell me who he was with or how he got my number. I told him I would report their number and he took that as me filing a law suit!! Very strange call. He was very rude to me.

I got another call from them and this time I pressed '0' and spoke to 'Mr. Douglas' who's first question to me was whether or not a process server had been to my house yet HE DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHO I WAS!!! I said no. Then he said 'let me check if I can retract the court orders for your appearance' then puts me on hold, STILL DOES NOT KNOW WHO I AM. Then he comes back and tells me that I owe Ace Cash Store for theft of services! I try to tell him I owe noone at Ace and never have he informed me I better watch my tone! Then proceeds to tell me they will get it out of me ONE WAY OR ANOTHER! I told him I have nothing and he cuts me off calling me a professional debtor and it is is scum like me that keep them working!!! I told him Bless you and hung up at that point. HE STILL WOULD NOT LET ME TELL HIM HE HAD THE WRONG PERSON. I TRULY FEEL THREATENED BY THE COMMENT OF THEM GETTING IT ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. IT IS NOT ME, WHAT DO I DO???

I received several calls from "Mr. Douglas" and returned his calls. Finally reached him and he wanted the last four digit of my father's social and I would not give it to him until I knew what company he was calling from. Mr. Douglas told me it was none of my business, however, he called me. He wanted me to fax power of attorney papers to him but again, would not give me the company name. I got upset and he called me PSYCHO! I gave him some choice words and he told me the call was being recorded. I told him "good, hopefully whoever is listening to the recording heard him" and told him I was going to call an attorney. So I have a call into my attorney snd going to report Mr. Douglas.
