This company called my job and spoke with me twice, called my HR dept and left a message with case number and called my mother n law leaving a demanding message all in the same day. I spoke with lady named Renee 1st, she said she was on her way to serve papers on me unless I called the number listed and provided update info, so they could serve me at home rather then on my job, I told her to come on to my work. She never came, so I called the number listed and spoke with a guy named Joesph. He demanded I pay or or to court and pay couble, he offered me a one time settlement of half the price, I explained I did not have the money at this time , he said I could give a credit card to put on file ir a pre paid card and agree to biweekly drafts from it. i did not have one, so he suggest I get one and call back and said at this time all he could do was wish me luck and hung up om me. I am alittle concerned that they have information on me. I have looked them up and other comlaints were filed.

a paul case with ms solutions keeps calling my home and my relatives for a debt i settled a year ago. when i called the number they said they had no record of a paul case. they did have my info and told me they were going to sue me if i did not pay the 1100.00 i supposedly owe. i asked them to send me the info and they refused but they did say i could settle today with their supurviser and they would not contact my local police to deliver a supeona for the law suit if i did not settle right there and then. they would not give me their name, number or address...

JAVIER CONTACTED MY PLACE OF BUSINESS AND DISCUSSED WITH MY CO-WORKER THAT HE WAS TRYING TO SUBPOENA ME REGARDING VARIOUS CHARGES THEN CALLED MY HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT AND ADVISED THAT THEY WERE SUBPOENAING ME. THE HR MANAGER PULLED ME FROM MY DESK TO ADVISE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING. THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND WOULD NOT VERIFY WHAT CHARGES THEY HAD AGAINST ME AND WANTED ME TO VERIFY MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND DOB WITH OUT INFORMING ME OF THE PURPOSE IN WHICH THEY WERE CALLING
