Had a similar situation, same people, i called the FTC, POLICE and TOMORROW THE FBI , and yes, I'm waiting for the scammers papers they said they were mailing me so I can send that to too authority's

just got a phone call similar to yours about a 2010 bill, i was confused at first , because the guy wouldn't let m speak then a justin slater calls tells me he needs my home address
and job when i asked why he said he was a locator gave me a claim number and hung up on me i just got of the phone with the FTC thank you

Thanks for the post. My wife just dealt with the same thing. They called he work asking for her, left a return phone number, a claim ID, and told her coworker "you've been warned". My wife calls the number already suspecting a scam, they wont give any info on the company other than Mutual Partners, and the caller wont give a name. They wanted to verify her address and provided some bogus address. They wanted her to verify the last 4 of her social and she wouldnt do it. They said the bill was from 2009 and they dont know why she didnt get it, but she had to take care of it today over the phone. It was pretty ridiculous, but glad my wife was clearly able to tell it was a scam.

This person called me and said that a claim was being filed against me unless i contacted an 800 number by this afternoon. They also called my supervisor and told them I had a claim against me. When I called the 800 number they told me I could avoid this if I gave them a credit card number. I asked them to fax or send the information on the supposed debt. They said they couldn't help me if they did that. When I insisted on proof of the debt and let them know that I had reported this information to Federal Trade Commission the AZ Attorney General's Office and the BBB they hung up on me.
