NCC

1) It's a scam. They try to collect on a debt that is no longer collectible by Federal and State law.(4 years).
2) Their address is 2166 West Broadway suite 517 Anaheim CA. (It's a PO Box) I GOOGLE MAPPED IT!!
3) "MICHAEL STONE" is NOT listed in the California BAR in Anaheim. (I called the CA Bar)
4) I complained to the Anaheim Police; they stated " We getting a lot of call's about NCC they said its a scam just ignore them
They also said anyone can LOOK UP OLD DEBTS ONLINE AND THEN TRY TO COLLECT!!!!
IT'S A SCAM; and also illegal what they are doing.
** call them back; give them your "file number" and tell them the above info they will hang upon you and leave you alone. It may take 2 or 3 calls with the above info but its fun to call back an harass them back!!! Make it fun for yourself
