Beware ransom ware. Indian-pidgen accent identifies self as being from Windows Support. I have been swindled out of $395 dollars by this outfit and attempted to be extorted for another $250 to be sent via a Seven-Eleven money order to Delhi, India. Geek Squad was able to remove the ransom ware with, so far, no lingering results. DO NOT TRUST A WORD from anyone saying they are from Windows Technical Support or Technical Department. They are crooks, thieves, liars, scum of the earth.
