Last evening one of our crewmembers was contacted by a man claiming to be Mr. Nick Wilson from the United Nations HG Organization. He informed the member that he was in violation of federal banking regulation by committing "collateral check fraud" and "theft by deception". He also read the member his Wells Fargo bank account number and social security number. The member immediately contacted Wells Fargo and the banks he has loans with (Omni Financial and Pioneer Military Loans) and none of them said he was in a collection status.
"Nick Wilson" then told the member his options were to go to court and pay $3,700.00 in legal fees, go to jail for 3 months for "civil penalties" or pay them $700. He left a number (760-582-0306), I called it to check on the legitimacy of the claim. A man answered claiming to be Nick Wilson, by his voice he sounded to be a young adult male with a heavy Indian accent and spoke very little English. He claimed that he was hired by the federal government and the member's bank, when I asked who and what government agency hired him he said "California" When I asked what bank he said he could not give that information. When I again asked what agency he worked for he said "California" and became angry and hung up the phone.

This man claiming to be named Nick Wilson with a very strong Middle Eastern accent, called my cellphone and my job stating there was a lawsuit against my social security number and for me to call him back before it goes any further.
