States I need to call and leaves a claim number. Calls first thing in the morning. threatening calls stating I owe a payday loan to a company I never heard of.

threatened to send me to allegan co court and said I was officially notified but not from who or for what. said regarding claim number 195426. Not calling her back as I've dealt with calls like this and they threaten that I'll go to jail. Most disturbing part. They actually called my mothers phone number. I'm 41 and don't live with her.

They are leaving a message telling me to call 888-818-8310 so I can have some faxed documents delivered. I have looked this number up and they are trying to scam and get money. I have no debt or applied for any pay day loans; so this is a scam to get money.
