Got a call from this cell # at 3:20pm today - 3/24/2015. Left no voice message. I have learned not to pick up any calls from #'s I do not recognize. Too much ID theft nowadays.

Scammers! They want me to pay over the phone on a fake bill that is not eve mine. They wont send information in the like a real debt collector. They want to rip you off over the phone. They need to follow the rules.
