When I answered the second call, no one said anything & then I heard a click (unlike a hang up). I hung up right away just in case they are spammers that charge for answering.

Got Call from this number today. On answering - no one spoke on the other side. I did a little research online - lots of people have the same experience with this number - when answered, no one speaks at the other end. caller ID said Unavailable-866-271-5120, I thought I'd answer it and tell them I was on the "do not call" list. I answered and said hello 2 or 3 times, nothing...I waited and then they hung up!

The caller ID said "MEDBENIFITS 817-203-9022" (couldn't even spell "benefits" correctly.) I went hit the button on my T-Lock and that display showed "E" for error. This has happened before with this number so they must have some way of bypassing the automated call blockers. I picked up the receiver but there was only dead silence for about fifteen seconds before I heard a soft "boop!" and it disconnected.
