As an IT deskside tech, I want to inform you not to go through with this call, this is not Dell, this is not HP, or IBM, or any of the other comapnies they claim to be. These companies will never call you without being prompted by you to in the first place.
If you have let them in, they will remote in, silent install software while they are "cleaning" your PC.

I have received calls from this number twice. The first time, I called Dell and they told me it was fraudulent. The second time was today and I informed the caller, a woman, that I knew it was a scam and that I would report them.
