We too have had this guy call us at both our home and our cottage leaving a different phone number each time to call him back, one is in Chicoutimi and the other in Markham. He told us that if we or our lawyer didn't call him back bad things would happen. When we attempted to call him back to find out what it was all about, the line is always busy, both numbers!
We called Bell Canada to complain and they took down all the information and told us how to block the phone number, but if it is coming in from different numbers, that won't do much good.

Officer James Morrison (Yeah Right) not with that accent do not ignore his message. Call back at 506-500-0074 and if I do not or I do not have my attorney call him then he wishes me good luck.
If I was a sensitive person this was quite a harassing call and you could get swept up easily if you are vulnerable
