Got a voicemail from this number. Identified herself as 'Officer' Nikki Johnson. Claiming to be the IRS. Called the number back. 'Officer' Johnson wasn't there but her 'supervisor', Officer Martinez was. He went on to state that I was being charged with 3 'criminal allegations' of tax fraud and tax evasion. Claimed my assets would be frozen and all property confiscated and that I would be arrested and going to jail. Then he wanted to know if I had a lawyer and if not, he could secure one for me!! What a scam!!! I enjoyed listening to him and playing it out. When I began to challenge him on some of the 'facts' he was stating he hung up.

I am so glad you guys have this up here about Nikki Johnson Officer with the IRS dept 415-234-0491. I got that same call today. I was curious what it was so I googled it and found this page. I thought it was a scam.

received a phone call from a person named nikki Johnson saying she from the irs and it was a recorded messege sounds pretty weird I never know the irs to call your home something is pretty weird they left a return number 415-226-6162 better get the real irs on this I smell a scam

Got a voicemail from Officer Nikki Johnson from the IRS called back the person said I was being charged with tax fraud and tax evasion when I asked them to verify info they could not and sent me to another person who claimed they could make payments arrangements never heard from them again. #415-873-3780 scam
