I was also contacted twice now with this person calling. He sounds foreign and his message sounded suspicous. He wanted me to contact him right away and could not leave me a message as to what it was about, although said I should get a lawyer or other legal council. I went to my local police station and played the message for them and they told me that it sounds like a nigerian scam. He does not say Police officer in his messages, just officer. Also probably would ask that we send money via wire. DO NOT DO THIS! Do not call this person back, he's fraud. The # comes up Florida, but my Police Officer thinks he's not even in the US. A newer scam is that these foreigners are calling up people to say their family member needs help send money via wire quickly. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. Hope this helps some.

Threatened legal action if I or a lawyer didn't call back. When I called back he continued to say he was from the IRS and when I told him that I would be having the Attorney General contact him now that I knew I had a good number for him, he proceeded to curse me and then hung up.
