A lady named 'Olivia' called and asked for the owner, in her fake nice voice, and when I asked what it was in reference to, she got completely rude and hung up. Called back next day and I said the owner wasn't in and I hung up on her. She called back five minutes later and I told her she was rude and I hung up again on her. Hopefully they will learn some phone manners.
