Calls every morning, upon picking up the phone, no answer. If I don't pick up, no message is left

He is the rudest man I've ever spoken on the phone with. He called asking for the owner, stating that it was regarding their taxes and that it was urgent. He harassed us for a week, calling the business during business hours demanding he speak to the owner. He was very unprofessional and forward; he wouldn't give us his name until the third phone conversation (and no first name, only Mr. Hill) and he hung up twice on the manager after yelling at her. Yet he continues to call. DO NOT TRUST MR.HILL

He attacked me also, and I mean attacked, I'm really sorry my boss wasn't in, I never had anyone make me so MAD !!, and then he called back after I hung-up on him and told me he was going to contact my boss and inform him that I'm a horrable employee !!!, he needs a Doctor or BIG Fat Joint to Start his day, it is legal there now...
