Foreign caller claims to be calling on behalf of the IRS saying that I am under federal investigation. When asked for official documents to be mailed or to speak with a manager they hang up.

Its a scam!! I would have gotten something from The IRS if I had to pay. The guy said that they were taking legal action against me and when I called him out on it cuz he wouldn't tell me why they were doing that he called me a f**ker and hung up on me!! So right there tells me that its a SCAM!!!!!
