Dog flipping can be prosecuted and is IF you file complaints with the prosecutor's office and FOLLOW THROUGH on your complaint.
There are laws against fraud, abuse of animals, misrepresentation of goods & services, etc. These are criminal offenses.
There are also tort offenses (fraud, infliction of emotional distress, etc) and breach of contract, which means she can be civilly sued.
Finally, I am sure the IRS and welfare department would be interested in the unreported income she is receiving, which would subject the defendant to federal criminal punishment.

we got a shitzu from this phone number. it was an older woman. she told my mom the dog was 6 months old and he was more like 4 years old the vet told us!!!! we still love him but why would she tell us he was 6 months old?

We gave Ondra our wiener dog who was very timid. She sounded like a perfect home for him. We wanted him with an older person who would spoil him. Then I found out she is mean to dogs and sells them. My heart is broken and I can't get her to answer her phone. :(

i actually went to school w/this woman. There was always rumors going around about her performing sexual acts on her horses, and that even at a young age, she beat her pets. She was strange back then, and apparently in her 40's she's even stranger.

Years ago Ondra sold me a dog in Greenville. She came back later that day when I had him out to go to the bathroom and stole him from me. I didn't find out what happened to him until a month later when I saw someone else with him and they told me Ondra sold him to them. She sold me another dog after that too but never stole that one. He ended up dying of old age which is messed up because Ondra told me he was only a couple years old and the vet said he was actually 12-15.

I saw her today too, with a shih tzu. He looked miserable. She had him on a short leash, yelling at him to not move from her side as she stood outside the gas station. I kindly asked her if she needed a ride to wherever she was headed, and she made a derogatory sexual remark (more or less asking if I wanted to let her 'perform'). It is clear this woman needs Mental Health to step in. Why is she being allowed to live on her own when she clearly isn't able to? She needs to be in a facility. It is heart wrenching to see the mentally ill being neglected and deprived of the therapy they so obviously need.
