Just got the same text from Penn Liberty Bank, ALERT your visa xxxx is locked. Please call our 24 hrs line...
I never heard of them nor do I have a card ending in that number.
Tried calling the number, busy signal

Except I dont have anything Visa. Definitely a scam.
