These bottom feeders are such a nuisance. They call at all hours. I wish they disappear soon.

This bill collector continuously harasses my parents for a debt they claim my brother owes. My parents are old and they know nothing about this yet this rude collector treats them as if they were at fault. It's very sad to learn that there are people out there who are as insensitive and bad as the callers from Phillips and Burns.
