It is a scam, they are pay day loan collectors and it's a scare tactic which is completely illegal. They are located out of Lackawanna, NY. They are not a law firm or mediation firm they are simply a crooked collection agency. No need to worry there's nothing they can do to you and no legal courier is going to serve you with any type of paper work. Just keep reporting them eventually they will get busted. "Tom" isn't even his real name. I heard the guy that left me the threatening message call him Joel in the background and told him to add money to my account that I didn't even owe on in the first place!!
