This company is loaded with RUDE jerks. They refuse to remove our business phone number from their call list and are EXTREMELY testy when you ask for a number to call them back, even though it shows up on caller ID. They won't even give their phone number, they just hang up.

This caller said he is from the IRS, and that he is coming to arrest me because i had some type of fraud on my tax. Also that they will be seizing my mother's property, well my mother's house has nothing to do with me. So i stated i will go ahead and call the cops and turn myself in, he said you have to stay on the line when you go to the station, so i know that you wont try and run. I am not a convict, i have never been arrest, so why would i run for something that i might have messed up on accident. SO i called the cops while he was on the line, and i said my name and told them i want to turn myself in and they started laughing and said there is no warrant for me, and to hang out with the caller so i told the caller what the police had stated and hung up. Do not give this caller any information, and do not stress you are not going to jail, and your property is not going to be seized. Call the cops right away turn yourself in if needed, you will probably get the same respond i got!

i inquirrd about a personal loan and was approved for $1000. they gave me a loan approval #. i was told my credit ws just below 700 and in order to send money to my scct. i must go and get a prepaid debit card. load it with @150.00. then call them so they can check if i sm reliable or not. i told i was not gonna do that and it is a scam. isn't it illegal to charge monies up front to secure a loan. so i was told "so you are cancellining you loan. i sa yes and hung up. what a scam.

It is a scam, they are pay day loan collectors and it's a scare tactic which is completely illegal. They are located out of Lackawanna, NY. They are not a law firm or mediation firm they are simply a crooked collection agency. No need to worry there's nothing they can do to you and no legal courier is going to serve you with any type of paper work. Just keep reporting them eventually they will get busted. "Tom" isn't even his real name. I heard the guy that left me the threatening message call him Joel in the background and told him to add money to my account that I didn't even owe on in the first place!!

They called and said that I owed money for a loan from 2 years ago but they first had someone by the name of John Stover that called and left a very disturbing message on my answering machine at work home and cell phone that stated they were going to serve me papers at work or at home. My 10 year old daughter heard the message on our machine at home and started crying.

I received a call at work from some Pakastain/Iranian guy named "Nick" from "Federal Credit Bureau" at my work#. This guy transferred me to another man who states he was calling me because I was going to have "legal" action placed against me. When I asked what the call or case was in regards to he stated they have been emailing me, calling me, and mailing me information which I have ignored and due to this he is going to submit the Case to the courts for futher action. I asked what the Case # was he said he couldn't give it to me, I would have to go to the police give my name and ask them about the Case. I asked what was the case about and he said "in August 2011 I told out a cash advance which I was to payback in 21 days and since I failed to do so and have ignored their calls they are taking legal action". He said the police were going to come to my job and take me to jail and that I should notify my employer that they could possibly do payroll deductions. I asked what the Social Sec # was that he had because this is obviously a FRAUD I am aware of all my financial obligations and they clearly have the wrong person. I asked for so much information to prove that this was "my debt" and he could tell me NOTHING. I told him I hoped the call was being recorded because it is not me and this is a Fraudulent call or matter. He got upset and said that "I was taking it the wrong way" then hung up on me.
