This company is harassing me. They refuse to furnish confirmation of the supposed debt or the contact information for the original creditor so I can verify the debt. The man hung up on me when I refused to give him my personal banking information. They continue to threaten me with charges of check fraud as well as others and saying I will go to jail if I do not take care of this matter immediately.

Said I was being brought up on charges for not paying a payday loan. Said there was a civil matter. I have had this before. Same people change their numbers and try this every few months. They are a SCAM. Very unprofessional and rude.

I have been getting these calls also, very rude fast talking people..they say that I borrowed money online from a pay day loan company several years ago and that they will be serving papers...yet they do not have the date that the deposit was made, just the date that it was filed against me...even though I block the numbers they call again with new numbers
